InterApp valves

Types

fluidThe history of InterApp provides the best example of the power of innovation. What began 35 years ago on a small-scale, has since expanded to an impressive size.
Today, InterApp is a worldwide enterprise, which has established itself in many national markets
and which sets the trend with first-class products and intelligent systems.
The control centre for the various corporate activities is our head office in Rotkreuz (Switzerland), where there is a tailor made infrastructure consisting of production of PTFE/PFA butterfly valves, workshop, store, administration office and training room.
Rotkreuz is, on the one hand, head office of the group but, on the other, it is also a typical sales and marketing organisation with branches in Italy, Austria, Hungary, Spain and Australia. Furthermore we run a production factory for elastomer seated butterfly valves in Madrid, Spain. In other markets we work together with qualified sales partners.
Innovative thinking and market orientated actions will continue to make InterApp stand out in the future.

water-treatmentWater treatment
Our Aquaria, Desponia and Elara butterfly valve ranges have been developed and improved over the years for application in areas such as drinking water, waste water treatment and in desalination plants.
Part of our core competence is the production of butterfly valves between 600mm and 1400mm. Owing to our modular system of production, we are able to tailor our valves to suit your operating conditions.
We complement our valves with an extensive range of actuators and control modules to give a reliable and economical solution.

chemicalChemical industry
In the chemical industries, where nothing can be left to chance, our quarter turn valves can be used with complete confidence. In addition to our standard PTFE liners, we offer Ultraflon® liners where reliability is of the utmost concern. Ultraflon® possesses enhanced characteristics, such as lower permeability, better abrasion resistance and lower cold flow than PTFE. Elara double eccentric butterfly valves are designed for high temperature or high pressure applications, and can be supplied in either PTFE or metal seated versions. QuarterturnvalvesfromInterAppshould always be taken into consideration for chemical process applications.

medicinePharma, Food, Biotec & High Purity
In the pharmaceutical industries, where sterilization is a major concern,
we supply valves manufactured from high quality alloys. Whilst in the main
process, diaphragm valves are often used, in the utilities, such as sterile gases and steam, our stainless steel BVP ball valves and Bianca butterfly valves offer the optimal solution.
During the production of microprocessors, it is necessary to perform high purity water flushing after each process step. Our Bianca HP valve fulfils this essential high purity requirement by being manufactured under clean room conditions, including special packing, prior to despatch.

miningMining industry
The Bianca valve, in sizes up to 900mm diameter, can often be the answer to the demanding situation posed by the combination of strong acid and organic mixtures found in solvent extraction plants. Where Halar coating has reached its limit in terms of resistance, Bianca butterfly valves with PTFE liner sand PFA coated discs may be used to cater for potentially explosive areas,
we offer a solution with our range of ATEX compliant valves.
Since our Bianca butterfly valves are so reliable, you will experience benefits in terms of reduced production losses, increased production and reduced
operating costs.
